I could not believe it. I was talking to a friend of mine about things we like (Youtube, and such) and suddenly I realized I have made a mistake for two years in a row. Watch the video below to find out what happened.
And the original Facebook post in which I started to take action towards the solution:
Now that I said it, what has been the biggest mistake you have made, and what have you done to overcome such situation? Make sure to leave your comment down below and also subscribe to our youtube channel.

Me, a published author? Oh, my!

Join Tenshy in a heartfelt interview revealing exciting news about the launching of
Sacred Hearts Rising, an anthology by Brenda Hammon
I’m a published author!

Today is the day when I can finally sit and write a little bit with the intention of sharing what it seems to be a big accomplishment in life: becoming a published author...
I became a published author in the Anthology Book compiled by Brenda Hammon, Rising of the Sacred Hearts, on March 7th of the current year. I honestly haven’t had a chance to blog about it, at least that’s what my mind says and I know it is just an excuse.
The real reason behind me not blogging is that internally, I am very afraid of being exposed and really scared of sharing intimate parts of me I haven’t shared with the public.
In my part of the book I write about my story of loosing my fiancé when I was just 19 years old.
It is a beautiful story, with a beautiful end and a beautiful learning experience of love beyond physicality and health conditions. But it is also a story where I revealed the deep feelings of being abandoned and “left alone”, it is a story of sharing the vulnerability in me, vulnerability I’ve been in the process of allowing myself to show and being ok with that.
But, one thing is to show yourself vulnerable with your family, your friends and the people you trust and other thing is to show your vulnerability with the world, and that just happened this week when I realized the book has officially become an International Bestseller... OMG!

My survival instinct tells me to run away and hide while my authentic self, the one who has been practicing the allowing for life to happen, tells me I am safe. It’s been a process to get from one point to the other, as a matter of fact a week and a half from the moment the book got published until now when I write this blog post.
I am now accepting the fact that I am a published author, I am celebrating a bit more the fact that it is a big accomplishment, I am honouring my loss, my relationship with my long gone fiancé.
I am now accepting the fact that my story, as well as the other stories shared by other brave co-authors in Sacred Hearts Rising, could have a huge impact on other people’s lives.
Forever inspiring and encouraging other human beings that, alike us, are now going through the dark days of their souls, waiting for the sun to come out and for reasons to celebrate their existence.

Ranking at #132 in all paid kindle books on Amazon across Canada!

It is with a humble heart that I write this blog, not only for you to know a little bit about me, but for myself to continue practicing the act of being vulnerable and continuing knowing I am safe. If you feel moved to know more about my story and other amazing stories go to www.sacredheartsrising.com and Amazon to purchase the book.
Thank you for reading and see you in the next opportunity when writing about me and sharing my life gets easier and easier...

Four pillars of a meaningful life

This morning I felt like some of the things that I'm doing are lacking purpose. So I had to meditate for some minutes to understand that sensation a little bit better. Not very much came after spending half an hour there, so I came back to the house and followed my morning routine.

Can you guess? Checking my phone! Oh, that devilish device. But this morning it was totally worthy. My Linkedin feed suggested me this TED talk and I played it in a rare moment when ...
